The total cost varies depending on the package you choose. A deposit is to be paid on the day you select your session to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due before the session date when confirmation emails are sent.

Whether you're planning an intimate elopement or a small celebration with close loved ones, this package ensures your ceremony and portraits are captured with care and artistry.

What’s Included

1 Hour of Photography Coverage

Coverage includes your courthouse ceremony and a portrait session immediately following.

Portrait Session

• Couple portraits
• Parents of the couple and/or wedding sponsors
• Up to two (2) additional guests may join portraits
• Group photos are not included in this package
• Private Online Gallery
• 15 professionally edited images included.
• Option to purchase the full gallery.
• Light retouching (exposure, color, and contrast adjustments)
• High-resolution digital downloads
• Personal printing rights

Need more time?

Additional coverage may be added at an hourly rate. Extended coverage must be arranged in advance and will include separately billed edited images.

Important Information

This package is based on a strict 1-hour timeframe beginning at the scheduled start time.

Any delays that extend beyond the reserved hour will require additional coverage fees, if availability allows.

🌿 Session Policy & Booking Information

We’re so excited to capture these special moments for you! To ensure everything runs smoothly, please review the following policies before booking.

💳 Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable retainer (deposit) is required to secure your session date. This allows us to reserve that time exclusively for you.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day prior to your session via Zelle or invoice.

All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

📅 Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens!

If you need to reschedule, your retainer may be transferred one time to a new date, as long as you notify us at least 48 hours before your session.

Any additional reschedule requests will require a new retainer to secure a future date.

If you are feeling unwell, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange your one-time reschedule.

If you cancel your session entirely, the retainer cannot be transferred.

🌦 Weather Policy

For outdoor sessions, weather is always considered carefully.

If weather conditions (heavy rain, strong winds, unsafe temperatures, etc.) make it unsafe or unsuitable to shoot, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

Weather decisions are typically made 24 hours prior to your session.

⏰ Late Arrival Policy

Please plan to arrive on time so we can make the most of your session.

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time to accommodate other scheduled clients.

Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be considered a cancellation and will require a new retainer to reschedule.

✅ Session Confirmation

Please confirm your session time and location the day prior to your session.

If confirmation is not received, the session may be canceled.

📷 Image Delivery

Final edited images include personal printing rights and will be delivered via digital download within 1–2 weeks of your session date.
